You must now use your U-Haul System Member ID (SMID) instead of your SSN/SIN to sign in to the HR Service Center. If you do not know your U-Haul System Member ID, you can sign in to the HR Service Center with your SSN/SIN. Your U-Haul System Member ID will be displayed.

If you are not sure what your password is, please visit the Password Help page for more information. Your SMID/SSN/SIN must be entered as numbers only, do not enter any dashes or other non-numeric characters.

New U-Haul Team member - please click on the Forgot your Password/New Member link to create your password. If you have trouble accessing this site, please make sure your manager has completed and received all the approvals needed to process your new hire Personnel Action (PA) form.
